The user inputs their authorization code. To continue the Enter key is pressed.
The accounting system will access the database to determine if the user is authorized to access the accounting system. If the user is not authorized a warning message will be displayed and the request for the authorization code re-displayed.
If the authorization code was confirmed, the accounting system determines the security level of the person signing on and proceeds to the next operation.
