The user pressed the function key "F1" in order to determine what to do.
The help panels are pre-defined and included in the accounting application. However, the airline can edit/modify/replace them with their own. Included with the accounting system is an editor that will allow editing of the help panels.
There can be one to ten pages with each set of help.
